During the summer months we decided to run a smaller timetable to give both Ashline, Laura and Orlaith a little break. However, due to demand we have ran more classes in July than initially planned and are keeping these classes up in August so that those of you who are looking to continue with your classes over the summer have an opportunity to do so.

We have also added another class- the much talked about BARRE! Any time we have used the barre in our warmup and cooldowns participants have commented on how much fun it is- so why not do a full class?

As always- ALL of our classes are run by Physiotherapists- so you are in the safest of hands. We provide all equipment and our class sizes are small, this keeps the vibe very informal and ensures you get lots of attention. pilates august timetable

There is, however, one downside. Most of the spots in these classes are booked! We have very limited places left for matwork and barre, with antenatal and postnatal on a waitlist at present. If you would like a spot or to be added to our waitlist- get in touch today to avoid disappointment.
